Ian founded ValdraTech with a simple goal: make global sourcing easier, safer, and more reliable. Fluent in four languages — English, Mandarin Chinese, Dutch, and French — Ian works closely with manufacturing partners across Asia. He has built direct, long-standing relationships with OEM factories, giving ValdraTech clients access to high-quality products at competitive costs. His focus is on removing the uncertainty of buying from Asia by implementing strong quality controls and hands-on factory oversight.

Scott is an accomplished entrepreneur who founded and grew Certified Parts Warehouse into a full-scale systems integrator delivering end-to-end retail technology lifecycle services. With over 30 years of industry experience, Scott has helped large retailers support and extend the life of their point-of-sale and back-office technology. He has worked extensively with platforms from Toshiba, NCR, HP, Dell, Zebra, Epson, and others, and specializes in high-volume retail environments with thousands of lanes—particularly where legacy hardware is no longer well supported by the original OEM.
